Vic: Domaszewicz not guilty of toddler murder = 2

The 11-strong jury also found Domaszewicz not guilty of manslaughter.

The jury retired on Tuesday afternoon at the end of a 34-day trial that began on October
12.

Jaidyn disappeared on the night of June 14-15 last year.

His body was recovered from the Blue Rock Dam, 19km from Moe, on New Year's Day.

The court has heard Domaszewicz was babysitting Jaidyn while his mother Bilynda Murphy went
to a party and then to a Traralgon hotel.
