EVERYONE has heard of the pub with no beer but in the case of David Bremner's business - it is an off-licence with no whisky. He plans to sell whisky around the world by computer - through a Whiskynet page he has set up on the Internet at his home in Kingston, Moray.

He is arranging with suppliers to deal with any orders and although there is no need for bottled stock his lawyer advised him to apply for an off-license. David, 31, an estate manager, thinks Internet surfers in Japan and America will be his biggest market.
